Drawing II is a quarter-long class focusing developing and utilizing basic drawing skills. After a review of values, lessons & assignments will cover 1 and 2-point perspective drawing and creating the illusion of form & distance.
*A spiral-bound sketchbook or notebook and WOOD pencils (not mechanical) are required for this class I recommend taking this class after Exploring Art and Drawing I. This class may also be helpful if you take Painting. |
This class is planned using the NC Essential Standards.

Assignment Plan for this Quarter
Students earn a daily grade for attempting the daily warm-up drawing exercise. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it must be GENUINELY ATTEMPTED for 100 points, HALF EFFORT gets half credit (50), NO EFFORT gets no credit (0- zero). These grades will be averaged weekly for Classwork grades.
