Exploring Art
Please refer to Canvas for schedule & assignments.
|
Exploring Art is the perfect opportunity for students to sample a variety of art mediums and learn basic vocabulary. Students will become familiar with the Elements of Art & Principles of Design, the process of Art Criticism, and practice creating an interesting composition & demonstrating good craftsmanship.
*A spiral-bound sketchbook or notebook is required for this class I highly recommend this as a first class for all students who want to continue with art. It's not mandatory, but you will definitely find it helpful as you continue in other art classes. |
